Effective date: June, 3rd 2026
Tree Ninja AI (“Tree Ninja AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website and software platform available at treeninja.ai (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Service.
The Service is designed for business users (e.g., contractors and their teams) who manage leads, jobs, documents, and communications. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Policy for that company.
We collect information in these main categories:
A. Account and business information
B. Lead and job information you enter or upload
C. Communications
D. Usage and device data
E. Payment and billing (if applicable)
F. Location information (mobile app)
When you use the mobile app's field features, we collect precise device location (GPS coordinates):
We collect precise location only while you are actively using these features in the app. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings; some field features will not function without it.
On-device age signals (Android only). Where required by state law (for example, the Texas App Store Accountability Act / SB 2420), the native Android app evaluates an age signal provided on-device by the Google Play platform solely to confirm the user is an adult eligible to use this business platform. This signal is evaluated in memory on the device at runtime; we do not store it, transmit it to our servers, or use it for analytics, advertising, or profiling. The iOS app and the website do not collect or use this signal.
We use information to:
We do not sell personal information. We may share information in these situations:
A. Service providers / subprocessors
We use trusted vendors to run the Service (for example: hosting, storage, email delivery, SMS delivery, document signing, analytics, payments, and third-party integrations you enable). These vendors process information only to provide services to us and are expected to protect it.
B. Integrations you connect
If you connect third-party services (for example, Google services, DocuSign, Jobber, Stripe, email/SMS providers), data may be shared with those services at your direction based on what you enable and configure.
C. Legal, safety, and enforcement
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests.
D. Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Tree Ninja AI includes an optional Google Calendar integration that is provided solely as a convenience feature for users. The application’s core functionality, including its internal calendar and scheduling tools, operates independently and does not require access to any Google user data.
Users may choose to connect their Google account via Google OAuth if they wish to synchronize or manage calendar events using their existing Google Calendar. This integration is offered as a non-essential, optional enhancement intended to reduce duplicate data entry and improve the user’s personal workflow.
If a user enables this integration, Tree Ninja AI accesses Google Calendar data only with the user’s explicit consent and only to perform the specific calendar-related actions requested by the user, such as viewing calendar lists, displaying events, or creating or updating events on the user’s behalf.
To support this optional functionality, Tree Ninja AI requests only the minimum OAuth scopes required, including:
Google Calendar data obtained through these APIs is used exclusively to provide the user-requested calendar functionality and does not provide any independent analytical, advertising, profiling, or platform-level benefit to Tree Ninja AI.
Google user data is never shared with third-party AI services, used for training machine learning models, or combined with other data sources for unrelated purposes. Google API data is logically and technically isolated from any artificial intelligence features within the platform. All Google user data is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Tree Ninja AI uses third-party AI providers to deliver core platform features such as photo analysis, document understanding, storm and lead intelligence, and the in-app assistant. To provide these features, content you submit — which may include lead and customer details, uploaded photos, and documents — may be processed by these providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini, Vertex AI, and Cloud Vision), and xAI.
These providers process the data solely to return results to us under their API/enterprise terms. They do not use your or your customers' data to train their general AI models, and the data is not used for advertising or profiling. We use AI outputs to operate and improve the Service. Where we improve our own models or analytics, we use de-identified or aggregated data.
Google user data obtained through the optional Google Calendar integration is excluded from all AI processing, as described above.
If you provide a phone number or email, you (or your organization) may send messages through the Service.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier/provider.
We retain information as long as needed to:
Multi-tenant business records. Tree Ninja AI is a multi-tenant B2B platform. Leads, jobs, estimates, invoices, signed contracts, customer communications, and operational audit trails created within a company workspace are business records of the company customer (the contractor organization that owns the workspace), not personal records of the individual employee who entered them. When an individual user's personal profile is deleted or anonymized, these company-owned business records are retained where required for tax, accounting, contract-dispute, security, or fraud-investigation purposes, and the individual's name attribution is replaced with "Deleted User" where not legally required to be kept.
We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Deleting your account. Regardless of your country or region, any signed-in user can request deletion of their account and associated personal data directly in the app: open the Help menu and select Request Account Deletion. You will receive an email confirmation and a reference ID immediately, and we process requests within 30 days. If you can no longer log in, email support@treeninja.ai.
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize your personal profile (name, email, phone), login credentials, and personal settings. Certain business records (for example, invoices, signed contracts, and audit logs) may be retained where required for tax, accounting, contract-dispute, security, or fraud-investigation purposes, and are anonymized where they are not legally required to be kept. Tree Ninja AI is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. The Service is not offered to, directed at, or intended for use by individuals acting in a personal or consumer capacity.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect and the purposes for collecting it; to request deletion or correction of your personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet/network activity, geolocation, audio/visual information you upload, and professional/employment information), for the business purposes described in Section 3.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. To exercise your rights, contact legal@treeninja.ai. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may verify the agent's authority and your identity before acting.
If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers or vendors are located, your information may be processed and stored in those jurisdictions.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Effective date.” Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
The Tree Ninja AI service is provided by MY BUSINESS EASY LLC (United States), which handles sales, billing, and customer support for U.S. customers, together with Offshore Ninja SBPO, S.A. (Panama), which operates, hosts, and maintains the platform. Together these entities ("Tree Ninja AI," "we," "us," or "our") are responsible for your information as described here.
